Hello guys!!
My training goes on and on. Every day exercises and walking! Maybe in the next time one day a walk to the swimming hall, swimming and back!
I was walking 14km, yesterday. Today morning my feed was painful but after a walk with the dog the pain was nearly all gone.
Thats like a wonder!
Tomorrow next day at the College! And Shopping and I hope i will find something what I search for the training.
The food isn't really helpful here to become fit but I hope my plan will working.

I come back on 18th of December and I will see you in the evening at the Lauras Van!!
